This light-weight car can much all speed chases and lessening police casualties. Once the radar is gunned on the speeding car this robotic car will track and chase down those speeding cars. Though the SCARAB design has no weapon on it, still, there's a possibility of putting on it like an EMP to neutralize the system of a speeding car.
