Though I have heard the rumor before that Sony Ericsson will be change into Sony, I'm still curious why? One of my speculation was that they wanted to make Sony a solid brand that's why they are making some changes within the company.
Yesterday I did received an email from Sony Mobile regarding the change and they were informing their consumers about the changes in ownership of the company but the warranty will not be affected.
So Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications is now fully owned by Sony Mobile Communciations!
